SUSHISAMBA APPLICATION
Sushisamba saw a great opportunity for their Covent Garden venue: to be able to quickly serve the people passing on the vibrant Piazza. They approached Portabar to create a mobile bar for the summer months that could deliver small plates and cocktails. When the summer is over, the pop up bar is packed away and moved to their venue at Heron Tower.
